My background includes ER nursing and paramedicine—high-stress frontline healthcare where every decision matters. I've worked in hospitals across multiple countries in Africa and traveled to 30+ countries across 5 continents. But what makes my perspective unique is my authentic experience with chronic pain management—I live with degenerative disc disease and actively manage herniated disc recovery.
